For general maintenance, and to keep things running smoothly year after year, Own a Holiday Home can offer you an annual maintenance contract. This means, for a yearly fee, we will ensure your home gets a check-up at the start and end of every year. This will be done in the same way and by the same people who look after Eurocamp and Keycamp's holiday homes, so you know you’ll be getting the best service.

This year Own a Holiday Home offers you a choice between 2 maintenance services once you’ve purchased a Holiday Home from our selection on one of the following parks:

Vendeé:
Avrillé - Domaine des Forges

Challans - Le Bois Joli
St. Julien - Domaine de la Forêt
Coëx - La Ferme de Latois

Côte d’Azur:
Fréjus - Holiday Green
Roquebrune - Park St James Oasis Village
Gassin - Park St James Gassin
Le Muy - Camping Les Cigales

Languedoc Roussillon:
Port Barcarès - Camping Les Tamaris

 

What do I get?

For 2010 we can offer you a “Standard Maintenance Service” or a “Premium Maintenance Service”.


1. Standard Maintenance Service - £150

If you choose this Service your holiday home will be serviced by our fully qualified staff on site. This particular service includes:

• Summer preparation
• Winter preparation
• Gas, Health & Safety certificate

Our staff will check all your appliances, pipes, gutters. They will make sure that pipes are cleared before the winter season as frost can cause them to burst or split. Our staff will also check your boiler at both ends of the season and will provide you with the certificates required on every site. These certificates are also required when you opt for a leaseback service.

 

2. Premium Maintenance Service - £275

This Premium Maintenance Service will keep your holiday home like new throughout the season and includes the following:

• Summer preparation
• Winter preparation
• Gas, Health & Safety certificate
• Exterior cleaning
• Emergency call out service (excl. parts)

This Service will take all the necessary maintenance work for the whole season right out of your hands. Our fully trained staff will not only prepare your holiday home for the summer and winter and supply all the above certificates. It also offers extra services which are often forgotten about or are just not available on site.

Extra options are available which can simply be added to the Maintenance Service of your choice.
